Excavator Fuel Pump
The hydraulic pump converts the mechanical energy generated by the engine (crankshaft rotation) into hydraulic energy (high-pressure oil flow). It serves as the power source for the entire hydraulic system, supplying high-pressure hydraulic oil to all hydraulic operations, such as boom, stick, bucket, travel, and swing functions.
The engine oil pump establishes a specific oil pressure to forcefully, continuously, and quantitatively deliver engine oil to the friction surfaces of engine components (such as the crankshaft and bearing, camshaft and bearing, piston and cylinder liner, etc.). This forms an oil film to reduce wear, assist in cooling, and facilitate cleaning.
